Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Powerug, every rug is handmade to order, meaning we begin crafting your rug after your order has been placed. As each piece is individually created by hand, every order follows three simple stages: Production → Dispatch → Delivery.

Order Timeline

Production (Making Your Rug)
Your rug is carefully handcrafted within 4–9 business days. This is the time required to create, finish, inspect, and prepare your order for shipment. Production times may vary slightly during busy periods or seasonal demand.

Dispatch (Shipping Your Order)
Once your rug has been completed, it is dispatched from our workshop. On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and shipping details. Dispatch is the date your parcel leaves Powerug—it is not the delivery date.

Delivery (Receiving Your Order)
After dispatch, your parcel will be delivered according to the shipping service you selected at checkout.

United Kingdom

We proudly offer FREE Standard UK Shipping on all orders over £150.

Orders under £150 have shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

International Delivery

We ship to customers worldwide.

International Delivery: 5–9 business days after dispatch

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel until it reaches your delivery address.

Important Information

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Powerug cannot be responsible for delays, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect delivery information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country's customs authorities.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution wherever possible.
